We want you to be completely satisfied with Tasktual. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer flexible refund options outlined below.

1. Free Trial Period

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During this period, you can cancel at any time without being charged. The trial gives you full access to all features of your chosen plan.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Tasktual within 30 days of your first paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund. This applies to:

  • Your first monthly or annual subscription payment
  • Upgrades from a lower-tier plan (refund of the difference)
  • Any additional features or add-ons purchased within 30 days

3. Prorated Refunds

For ongoing subscriptions beyond the 30-day period, we offer prorated refunds in the following cases:

  • Service downgrade (refund of unused portion)
  • Extended service outages (credit or refund for affected period)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Account termination due to our error

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds if cancelled within the first 60 days. After 60 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can continue using the service until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
  • Unused portions of monthly subscriptions (except in cases of service issues)
  • Third-party integrations or services
  • Data export or migration services

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, you can continue using Tasktual until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged for the next period. Refunds provide money back for services already paid for.

9. Enterprise and Custom Plans

Enterprise and custom plan refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your specific contract. Please contact your account manager or our enterprise support team for assistance.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Changes to This Policy
