AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI system in response to your prompts is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use in critical applications.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subscription and Payments

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tasktual and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

By You: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ends immediately
We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export
After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
Paid subscriptions will not be refunded except as required by law

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for:

Disputes involving intellectual property rights

Assignment
